Ideally located for imports and exports, Transmec’s facility is just minutes from the London Gateway port.

About London Gateway and Transmec’s Port Services
One of the world’s fastest growing deep-water ports, London Gateway has four berths with a further two planned by 2030 as part of a £1 billion investment by its owner, DP World. London Gateway port is the main UK hub for Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd’s Gemini network.
Through Transmec you can arrange for your containers to be shunted from the port to our warehouse and vice-versa. Our service helps to avoid expensive demurrage charges for goods that remain at the port beyond the allotted time.
Once at our warehouse, containers can be unloaded (devanned) for storage, logistics services, or onward transport. We also offer containing stuffing (loading) services.
Able to call on Transmec’s extensive vehicle fleet, we can transport goods from our warehouse to their final destination in the UK at times and in stages that meet the requirements of our clients and their supply chains.
