Ferrari Museum hosts Transmec’s annual meeting
More than 100 managers from Transmec’s worldwide branch network attended the Group’s annual meeting in Italy.
Held at the prestigious Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, the meeting looked back on a highly-successful year while also outlining future plans and investment.
Group CEO, Danilo Montecchi, said: “We were delighted to share such positive results, with growth in all our freight transport and logistics divisions.
“Highlights included the success of our intermodal services – a key part of the green direction that we are taking - and our pioneering logistics solutions, particularly in the fashion sector.
“These are areas we will continue to invest in, with IT also playing an important part in developing our competitive advantage.”
The annual meeting was the 20th to be held by the Group and the first to take place away from its headquarters at nearby Campogalliano.
It was followed by a tour of the state-of-the-art museum which is dedicated to the life and work of the founder of Ferrari.
