Listening to fashion: Transmec designs express logistics solutions

Consolidating its position in fashion logistics, Transmec has launched a dedicated project to meet the needs of a leading contemporary fashion brand.

The project, aimed at addressing the specific needs for flexibility and speed in the fashion sector, represents a further example of the company’s ability to tackle the challenges of a rapidly growing market.

Since March, Transmec has been managing a direct shuttle service, ensuring fast and efficient deliveries to the brand’s retail stores.

Garments are received at Transmec’s Truccazzano hub and then dispatched for distribution to Prato and Rome, ensuring that products reach retail stores within 48 hours of arriving at the hub.

To guarantee maximum punctuality and security, Transmec organises overnight deliveries to 11 selected stores, carried out between 4:00 and 7:00 in the morning, and manages distribution to other points of sale according to a detailed plan.

In addition to the service, effective and timely support is provided for the brand’s specific requests and needs through dedicated customer care.
