Now open – Transmec’s warehouse at London Gateway
Transmec has opened its state-of-the-art warehouse at London Gateway, the UK’s most integrated logistics hub.
Ideally located for managing imports and exports, the London Gateway site includes DP World’s deep-sea port, an international rail terminal and offers superb road connections.
Meeting the needs of clients in multiple sectors, Transmec’s 155,050 sq ft (14,400 sq m) warehouse provides:
Racking for 30,000 pallets with flexible storage options
Logistics solutions such as order fulfilment, inventory management and last-mile deliveries
Container services, including local shunting, cargo cross docking and devanning
Temperature-controlled storage capability
Transport and distribution – UK-wide and EU-wide collection and delivery
Full customs services, including IPAFFS compliance for food imports, can be provided by Transmec’s expert team. The warehouse is an approved External Temporary Storage Facility (ETSF), enabling customers’ freight to be cleared away from busy ports.
