Transmec Group's ongoing dedication to eco-friendly and social practices finds new expression with the publication of its first Sustainability Report.
Transmec Group takes a decisive step in its journey towards a more sustainable future with the launch of its first Sustainability Report.
Regarding this significant achievement, Danilo Montecchi, CEO of the Group, said:

Over the years, the Group has undertaken numerous initiatives aimed at reducing its environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
Among these, the constant renewal of the company fleet with more efficient and low-emission vehicles stands out, along with an innovative approach to intermodal transport and the establishment of logistics hubs that adhere to the highest sustainability standards.
Another significant step is the installation of photovoltaic systems at the company's headquarters in Campogalliano, which demonstrates its strong commitment to renewable energy.
Transmec is not stopping here: the Group continues to invest in digitalisation, training, and the well-being of its employees, as well as supporting local communities both in Italy and across Europe.
To consolidate and expand these efforts, a Sustainability Team was established in 2023, comprising responsible and operational figures tasked with identifying, coordinating, and implementing sustainability initiatives and supporting various business functions on ESG-related issues.
Lucia Grassi, Operations Manager of the Group and head of the Team, stated:
